Community Connections is a ministry of Providence Newberg Medical Center. Community Connections recruits, screens and trains volunteers to help address unmet health needs at the medical center and in the community. They serve patients at the medical center, older adults, children with special health needs, people with unmet health needs and the families who care for them. Their efforts are focused on communities in the Yamhill Co. and parts of Washington Co. service areas.
